Your body is one connected system, held together by fascia — the web of tissue that wraps every muscle and every joint from head to toe. When one area locks up, another area pays for it. 1 — The Movement Screen

We put your body through a series of movement tests designed to fail. Failing is good news — every failed screen shows me exactly where your body is compensating and what's actually causing your pain. In 20 to 30 minutes you'll understand your body better than you have in years.

2 — Release and Rebuild

The Unlock Protocol resets your fascial system, wakes up your core, and restores the mobility your body lost — then immediately loads strength into that new range so your body keeps it. This is the foundation. Skip it and everything built on top eventually cracks.

3 — Train

Now you train for real in my private fitness studio, on a foundation that can handle it. Yoga is the yin, kettlebells are the yang — you find balance through strength and flexibility. You recover from the injury and build strength at the same time. No waiting for rehab to finish before your life starts again.

The golfer who skipped surgery

He came to me with two failed spinal injections and a surgery recommendation. We trained in a park with no equipment. One month later he was playing golf again. That was 17 years ago. He still trains with me today.
