I’ve been training with Dan for about five years now. He is the man when it comes to keeping you physically fit and healthy. I originally started to see him to work on lower back pains and a knee pain due to old injuries. He cured them! Since then he has helped me work out every physical ailment and injury that I’ve gotten. I’m pretty physically active and enjoy the extreme end of sports and Dan keeps me together! Dan has a dynamic approach to body mechanics, coming through with diverse disciplines and techniques. Memberships at Kayser Fitness Institute vary depending on the individual. Our transformation programs can include semi private training, individual training, nutrition plans, recovery, energy healing, massage, and more! Once we design the perfect program based on your goals and timeframe, we will go over the price.
Not at all. Our gym is designed for beginners to advanced, and we’re with you every step of the journey!
Absolutely not! The length of your membership is based on your goals and where you’re at now. 12 and 24 month memberships are NOT client-centric and our gym is all about our clients and their success!
At Kayser Fitness Institute, the first thing we will do is screen you for all muscular and structural imbalances in order to address any underlying issues and pains you might be experiencing. We will help you fix all your issues, including those you may not be aware of. When you lift weights with imbalances and asymmetries you will only strengthen those dysfunctions. Let us help clean up your vessel, build a solid foundation and top it off with proper strength.
We got you. We understand getting started is the hardest part. We’ll take it one step at a time. Step 1, come in for a “no sweat intro” and have a chat with us.
